What can I expect when I work with you?
Sessions are designed to meet the needs of the client. Therefore, you may meet with me at my office, at a community health center, or via tele-health secured web based video chatting. During the session, we will collaboratively identify areas you would like to change regarding your health and wellness, design a road-map to wellness, and begin initiating change.
How long is a session?
In the beginning stages of working together, you can expect to meet for a longer period of time (1 hour-1 1/2 hours). As you progress in your work, sessions may shorten (30-45mins) and will be spaced out throughout the weeks or months.
What options do you offer for sessions?
